This tax reform simplifies, rationalizes and replaces all these more than eighty taxes with just four taxes and makes the sale of services and the production, sale and transport of machines, products and goods tax-free and free from governmental bureaucratic embarrassments, preserving tax revenue from federal, district, state and municipal governments.
