On the Caribbean island of Kayakoo, a local boatbuilder named Sweet is found dead on the beach. Detective Johnny Cliff needs to find out what happened to him. With a little help from a friend from a Scotland Yard detective who is there on vacation, he follows the typically twisting and curious trails an island investigation can take.
