#1 The legal system is the only aspect of society that requires State provision. However, the elimination of the State will not lead to lawless chaos. Voluntary institutions will emerge to effectively and peacefully resolve the disputes that arise in everyday life.

#2 A stateless society would not have a single set of laws binding everyone. All actions would be subject to contract, and fairness and objectivity would be ensured by Arbitration Agency X.
