Hi! I’m Lily and I LOVE fashion! But even though one day I'll be Queen, setting my own style is against the ROYAL RULES. Which is why I became a SECRET FASHION VLOGGER!

I love customizing clothes for my vlog, but my BIG dream is to design my own BIRTHDAY BALLGOWN. And my mum, the queen, has said I can – IF I can design a special uniform that fits the palace’s boring no-glitter guidelines first.

A good designer can design anything, right? But can I design THIS?
