When Michi's mom goes to stay in the hospital, Michi goes to stay with her friend's family. Her friend and her family try to make Michi as comfortable as possible by making her laugh, cooking her favorite food, and helping her make a card for her mom. Then one day it's time to pack because Michi's mom is coming home! Michi and her friend have become as close as sisters.
