Raising my daughter on my own is hard enough, but when you add in a psycho ex-husband and not enough money to make ends meet, there are times when I want to put my head down and never pick it up again.

A man with a quick smile, infectious laughter, and a protective streak so wide, even the Grand Canyon sighs in admiration. We've spent our entire lives almost meeting, years and years of coincidences so strong they send goosebumps down my spine.
