Because if Steve Tripp were lying in the fetal position on the sidewalk, I’d… I’d… oh, who am I kidding? I’d help him, too.

Thirteen years ago, I was madly in love with him… until a car wreck nearly ended our lives and destroyed our love. He abandoned me when I needed him the most and I made a promise to myself that I would never ask him for anything again as long as I live.

Today, I break that promise.
