Winston doesn’t think like other people. He struggles to explain himself and questions basic mathematics. Fearing expulsion from his graduate program, he takes a leave of absence to test a new class of computer. Nothing about this computer is normal and Winston unleashes ambitious code to push its limits only to discover there is a reason he struggles with people and can’t follow norms. Now his greatest failure has him facing the truth about himself, the limits of human understanding and the forgotten legacy of the dead laying deep somewhere in the Pacific.
