Sara Crewe is an unusually gifted and imaginative little girl. She is a student at Miss Minchin’s boarding school in London, where she is treated like a princess–until her wealthy father suddenly dies. Life changes overnight, and the now impoverished Sara is relegated to a small room in the attic.
